General Personality: Charlie is generally a nice person, if you don't judge her. She enjoys the party scene, and will choose to party over all other responsibilities. Charlie just tries to take life day by day, never rushing. She is confident, headstrong, and will do the opposite of what she is told to do.

HISTORY

Early Years: Charlie was born and raised in a boring, well to do family. Her father was a muggle, something she didn't even understand growing up. Her only true friend was her brother Ramsay, and the true corrupter of her mind.

Her mother and father weren't bad parents, they just didn't pay as much attention to their children as they should have. Charlie was independent, and if she needed something, it was always her brother that she ran to.

Hogwarts Years: As Charlie began school, she made plenty of friends, before her brother got her into the party scene. Charlie became addicted to the noise, booze, and everything that came with it. She lost her friends, but gained others that had similar tastes.

Charlie had very poor grades throughout her school career, but she did pass, if barely. She had wanted to drop out, but even Ramsay wouldn't let her do that.

After Hogwarts / Adult: As an adult, due to her crippling abuses of substances, Charlie remains jobless. She pays her way with her parents money, and strikes deals with people.

Unable to locate her brother for the moment, she keeps her eyes and ears open for him. It's been several years since she last spoke to him. In her eyes, he is the only one who ever really cared for her.

Charlie fell in love, head over heels in fact, with a man that treated her like garbage. Charlie had spent many a night in St. Mungo's because of it. After finally realizing how bad he was for her, she left him, her heart broken. Her drug usage became worse, and she swore she would never fall in love again.
